Nearest rail and underground at a glance:
Manor House on the Piccadilly Line
Harringay Green Lanes on the Barking to Gospel Oak line
Stamford Hill on the Lea Valley Line running from Liverpool Street.
PramDog Photographic Studio is on the second floor of Low Profile House, 94 Vale Road near Finsbury Park in North London. It is easily accessible by public transport and there is a good, cheap car park very close by. The building has a goods lift and several loading bays.
Low Profile House is located between the Daytona MOT garage and the blue fencing surrounding the National Grid site on the east side of Linkway.
Two really important things to note:
- If you type the postcode N4 1PZ into Google maps or multimap it will bring up a slightly wrong location. The studio is to the east of Linkway (i.e. to the right of it on the map).
- If you are coming by car you can NOT approach via Green Lanes » Hermitage Road as it is blocked off.

By Car
- Note that you can NOT approach via Green Lanes » Hermitage Road as it is blocked off, whatever your satnav might say.
- The best approach is via Seven Sisters Road » Eade Road » Linkway » Vale Road.
- If coming from the north or if there are hold-ups on Seven Sisters Road you might use St Ann's Road » Hermitage Road.
- If you need to unload, please park outside and the studio manager will bring down a trolley if necessary. There is a goods lift inside the building.
- Parking: The car park on Vale Road only charges £3.00 per day. You pay the security man in the cubicle outside Florentia Village.
- Alternatively, there is on-street parking some of which is free and for the remainder you have to pay at the machine. It is currently £2.80 for 9 hours - the two hour maximum signs above the bays are incorrect and apparently the traffic wardens on their scooters will not touch you so long as you are displaying a valid ticket.
- Please do not leave cars unattended blocking the loading bays.
Tube
- Manor House on the Piccadilly Line is the closest tube - just a 10 minute walk to the studio
- Leave the station using Exit 7 (just to the left at the top of the escalators)
- Walk down the hill and take the second right onto Hermitage Road
- Second right onto Vale Road
- PramDog is in the large building on the left just after you cross over where the road is blocked to cars. The bell is next to the white door up the steps between the two sets of loading bays (Daytona MOT garage will be on your left).
