All payments for the hire of PramDog Photographic Studio should be made payable to Nick White Ltd.

The hire period for a full day is from 9.00am until 6.00pm and the day rate is £275 +VAT. The half day rate is £165 +VAT and the hours are 9.00am - 1.00pm or 2.00pm - 6.00pm unless otherwise agreed in advance. Test rates are available - please see the rates page for current prices.

Overtime is charged as follows:
£25.00 + vat per hour 6.00pm - 9.00pm
£35.00+ vat per hour 9.00pm - midnight
£65.00+ vat per hour after midnight

There is a surcharge for the use of continuous lighting - see rates page for details.

All props are to be delivered and collected on the day of hire unless other arrangements have been agreed. Neither PramDog nor Nick White Ltd can be held responsible or liable for any items during the hire or left on site.

Clients are requested to ensure that they have suitable public liability insurance as they will not be covered under the studio insurance. Likewise clients are responsible for insurance of all items that they bring into the building.

Cancellations and confirmations. Confirmed bookings cancelled 48hours prior to hire will be charged at 50%. Cancellations 24 hours or less prior to hire will be charged at 100%.

All invoices are due within 30 days of invoice. Late payment will incur a surcharge of 10%.

The freestanding walls are paintable but this must be agreed first. If the walls are to be moved this must be done in consultation with Nick White or the assistant studio manager.

Please note that the wheels at the base of the walls are generally visible, but can be hidden with skirting board available at the studio, however some retouching of the final shots may be necessary. It is the responsibility of the person hiring the studio to ensure that they are adequate for purpose and should be viewed first if there is any doubt.

Stands and some basic equipment are included in the studio hire, other equipment is available for hire for an additional charge (see: equipment rental page), but please be aware that some of this is fairly old as reflected in the hire cost and should be treated with the respect that it deserves. Further equipment can be hired in if adequate notice is given - preferably 48 hours minimum.

All damages must be paid for.
